Sexy, savvy Silver Ashcroft isn't just any witch. She's D'Anu and she lets nothing stand in her way.

The D'Anu witches are direct descendants of the Ancient Druids. Before the Druids went to Otherworld to escape persecution, they formed secret Covens, consisting of their children, to serve the goddess Anu. They started with a Coven of thirteen witches, along with many apprentices.

The Druids deemed that only their descendants would form these Covens, and they would work to balance the power of good and evil throughout the world. The Druids gave the directive that there would be thirteen Covens. From there they would grow to spread across the world, always building to thirteen Covens, with thirteen witches per Coven.

When D'Anu witches moved to Salem , Massachusetts to start a new Coven, they prepared to grow across the United States to balance the power between good and evil within this new world.

The D'Anu Coven in San Francisco practices only white magic . . . but not Silver Ashcroft. She believes that gray magic is sometimes needed to protect good from evil.
